What forms of payment do you receive for the excess?
We accept VISA or Mastercard either by phone or in person at the office together with a 2% transaction fee. EFTPOS is available in office only at no extra charge. We also except cash payments and Direct Debit / Bank Transfer which need to be cleared before picking up your vehicle.
Do you have a loan car while my vehicle is being repaired?

I dont have insurance, can I get a quote for repairing my vehicle.
We are happy to provide you with a written quote to repair your vehicle at a cost of $55.00, which is refunded on the final payment of the repairs.
Who do I pay my excess to?
In almost every case you pay your excess to your repairer. The industry rule is that a repaired vehicle will not be released until the full excess has been paid either to your insurer or repairer.
If I am not at fault and claim on my insurance will I have to pay an excess?
In most cases, as long as you provide all the details of the person who is responsible for the damage, an excess will not apply to your claim and your No Claim Bonus will not be affected. Always check with your insurance company for their not at fault claims policy as you may need to pay your repairer the excess and will be reimbursed by the persons insurer who was at fault.
Do I have the right to choose you as my repairer?
Every insurance company will allow you to choose Perth Autobody Repairs for a quotation, most insurance companies work on a two quotation system to determain your repairer. In some cases your insurance company may suggest that you go to another repairer (they may be possibly cheaper). You are not under any obigation to use their repairer; they can only recommend.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
Generally this is not possible however we can give you an indication of the cost of repairs from a description of the damage. To be able to give you a firm quote, we need to see the vehicle and in some cases disassemble part of it.
I have had an accident what should I do?
Call your insurance company and notify them of the accident, requesting a claim number. If the car is drivable call us to organise a quotation for your repairs. We lodge this quotation to your insurance company for assessment.
