From the moment I first asked Mark , for advice after the car accident, he was totally professional, honest and straight talking. The car was with them for the minimal time with maximum results. Apart from being fixed up, it looks and runs like new,and it is so clean. Mark was fantastic with his regular updates ....he went above the call of duty. Great to deal with a genuine family ran business .

In my professional life I work with a family company that was established 26 years ago and was so blown away with the personal service that I received especially from Mark, I didn't think it existed outside my company, I have now met all the boys and the boss (Dad) and am very happy to promote Cividins service and expertise. I must say Cividins was not my first choice and I went to what seemed like a bigger smash repairs business not far away and was told that I could not be serviced very bad but in my case good because I came to Cividins, my business is based on customer service and I know that sometimes it gets busy but at least come and talk to me I was told basically to leave. Mark kept me in loop over and above the call of duty and even returned parts because they where not up to his standard well done mate. The work completed was second to none even the car detail was awesome, you guy's should start a car wash as well. I was so pleased I made the decision to use Cividin.

This is the first time we have had to deal with smash repairs and was not sure what to expect. Ozzie & Mark explained every step clearly and assisted us with our insurance claim. Everything was organised to suit our timetable and they kept to the promised timings. Work was high quality, we received email updates along the way and they took the extra step to deliver the car back home. If we ever get into trouble again, Cividin's will be our first call.

Fortunately I have not had to use Cividins services very often, but when I have they have proven to me that you cant beat a good old Family Business for quality workmanship and service. They might charge a bit more (or as they will tell you a realistic price) and take a bit longer than others, but gees they do an excellent job. A BIG thankyou to Romano and his team for returning my vehicle as good as new. If you have high standards and expect quality work, get R & B Cividin to do it. I can highly recommend them.

First of all I would like to say that I 'm not paid for this review. It is what it is. Recently I had a repair work done on my whole bumper (fix & spray) at R & B Cividin. I 'd a look around to at least 5 panel beaters in my local areas. Most of them were friendly but the feeling I got was more of a commercial type response. With R & B Cividin, I 'd the pleasure of dealing with Romano first hand. He came across as warmth and sincere with many years of experience behind him as he was able to give me a patient and an honest explanation of what needed to be fixed. The finish product was top notch quality. I couldn't find any fault with the paint work. I've no hesitation in recommending R & B Cividin to anyone if they are looking for 5 star quality result but what is more important is that the service given by Romano is second to none. To Romano, I would like to say a big thank you and keep up the good work!

I have been dealing with the CIVIDIN family in respect of their panel beating business for over 30 years. My most recent repair was about two weeks ago and I was mainly looked after by Romano whose customer service was exemplary. I came in asking for a quote, I was given open and honest answers to all my questions. They come highly recommended on many car enthusiast online forums. After visiting their shop, I can understand why. They took over one hour of their time to answer all the questions I had and to go over my car in very fine detail. Not to many shops out their that will give you that long of time free of charge, all just to make sure I walked away with a true understanding of the work that will be required for my car. I called three crash repairers in The Hills District..... Not entirely comfortable our vehicle was going to be repaired to a high level and without going into any rhetoric,I then came across R & B Cividin ... They could not do enough for us ... Customer Service is well and truly alive with these guys ... They keep you in the loop every step of the way ... They even went the extra mile and dropped us back home in Castle Hill once our vehicle was dropped off.I can-not recommend these guys enough -- The quality and workmanship is second to none.Very professional.
